ORDER TO SHIP TIME
Orders are generally shipped within
1 to 3 business days at most. During holidays and sales,
please allow a few extra days. If an order will take longer,
you will be contacted promptly and informed.
PHONE ORDERS
You can call to
place an order if you prefer. If we are unavailable, leave a
voicemail with your name and phone number, we'll get back to you
as soon as possible.
SHIPPING
Orders are
shipped from Raleigh, NC, 27629.
Domestic shipping charges
are very simple, orders are charged a flat rate $6 shipping.
International
shipping charges are calculated
manually so we can select the most economical method. Please
ignore the $6 shipping charge that appears in your shopping cart.
We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may cause.
Please understand that you are responsible for any import duties,
taxes, VAT, or other fees levied by your local governmental
agencies.
In addition to low
flat rate shipping, we don't charge a handling fee. It's a
great deal! Ablutions will select the shipping carrier,
however, if a certain carrier will not deliver to you, please let
us know in the comments box at check out so that can be taken into
consideration before shipping your package. We typically
ship via US Priority Mail or UPS.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Ablutions wants you to be delighted with your purchase.
If for any reason you wish to return any item, please contact us
to make arrangements. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Also, any additional shipping charges we incurred in shipping your
original order to you that weren't covered by the flat rate fee
will be charged against your refund.
Please note:
Clearance sale items are final- no returns or exchanges on these items.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect the your order as soon as it arrives for any
damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage occurred
to the items in your shipment, please contact us immediately.
Do not discard the box, packing materials or the damaged items as
they may need to be inspected by the carrier.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
It is extremely rare for an item to be out of stock.
However, if an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the
time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of
the expected ship date of the item. Backordered items are shipped
as they become available with no additional shipping charges.
Ablutions will not charge for any item until it is shipped.
SAMPLES
We try to include samples in every
order. If there is a particular product you are
interested in sampling, be sure to mention it in the comments
section at check out. If that sample is in stock, it will be
our pleasure to include it in your order. If your requested
sample is unavailable, a similar product sample will be
substituted.
PAYMENTS
We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that
of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to
cancel any order that does not match this criteria.
SALES TAX
Apologies to fellow North Carolina residents; sales tax must be
charged on your orders.
PRIVACY POLICY
We love privacy and know you do too. We respect you and your
privacy and do not sell, trade or share any of your personal
